15th Annual Canadian Holistic Nutrition Conference, Saturday, May 6, 2023

The topic of this year’s CHNC (the largest annual holistic nutrition event in Canada) is one that affects everyone – mental health, and how it connects all the different aspects of our well-being.
Mental health is a vast subject, encompassing a person’s emotional and psychological well-being (how we feel and act), cognitive functioning (thinking, memory, problem-solving, alertness), neurological health (preventing brain atrophy and dementia, for example), and mental illness.
Due to this topic’s far-reaching significance and implications, this year, the Conference is open to everyone, health professionals and non-professionals alike. You are invited to join us for an inspiring day of learning and connecting on Saturday, May 6, 2023. The event is being held live in two locations – Toronto and Calgary – or you can watch the livestream.
The outstanding speaker line-up includes twelve experts and authors, including:
Bonnie J. Kaplan, PhD, Author of The Better Brain (one of my favourite books about the impact of nutrition on brain health)
