The Recipe for Sound Sleep

Good sleep is integral to health, productivity, and mood, yet 40 percent of Canadians suffer from sleep disturbances. Studies suggest that those who sleep fewer than 6 hours a night are more prone to obesity, diabetes, and are at higher risk of cardiovascular disease, among other concerns.
